GENERAL TERMS and CONDITIONS

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

As a valued customer, for us to expedite and facilitate your return and/or refund, please note the following terms and conditions that apply. All orders 21 days from date received are FINAL.The returned products or merchandise item(s) must be in new, unused condition with all orginal packing material in original box carton, including any and all warranty documents, instruction sheets and accessories provided herein. Should there be any indication of Installation, Use, Mis-handling to cause Breakage, NO REFUND or CREDIT will be issued. Manufacturers Limited warranties apply to all electrical devices, fixture units, transformers, and wiring. Prior to returning any item, you must first obtain from us a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code number e-mail request for a product or merchandise item Return Authorization form located at bottom of this page, or by Faxing typed request including Order Number, Order Date and reason for return to 1-954-946-2351, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm EST. Please allow 7 - 14 days delivery for all shipping orders, depending on total items ordered and product availability.

The RMA code number issued any return product or merchandise item must be written in bold, legible type on orginal packing slip or invoice as well as written on the Return Shipping Label. Any returned item, product, box carton NOT displaying the RMA code number will be refused acceptance as a return or refund. Customer bears full responsibility of correct procedures to follow to ensure prompt resolution.

All returns with a RMA code number will be credited the full original purchase price, less a $15.00 re-stocking fee and any cost for shipping incurred by us. All credits will be made in the same method of orginal purchase.

All returns in orginal box carton and packaging must be sent back as pre-paid and insured for the full original purchase price by utilizing either UPS or Federal Express that provides tracking information of their carrier service.

Exchange of same model product or merchandise item will apply to faulty or defective unused and un-installed items within the 21 day period from date received. You must have obtained a RMA code number before requesting an Exchange of any item. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges are treated in the same manner.

ORDER CANCELLATION TERMS

Orginal orders that have not shipped or sent to our Order Fulfillment Department will be accepted with no penalty or re-stock fee. Should you need to cancel an order, you must contact us immediately via e-mail, fax or phone to our Customer Service Office, Mon.-Fri. 9am-5pm EST. E-mail at website.

Please Note: It is always or goal to get every order shipped for delivery as quickly as possible! Any order we Pack, Ready-to-Ship will be considered a fulfilled order. We will make every attempt to halt a cancelled order if possible from being shipped at your timely contact to us. Should we be unable to stop an order from shipping, your order will become subject to our Return Policy.

PRODUCT WARRANTY

All warranties to any product or merchandise item and accessories purchased from www.Outdoorlightingdiy.com are the warranties offered or provided for by specific respective manufacturers only as per their Warranty Terms.

Our sole responsibility and obligation to you at www.Outdoorlightingdiy.com in the possible event regarding a faulty or defective item as well as damage due to shipping, shall be limited to replacement or exchange or merchandise whereas Outdoorlightingdiy shall not be responsible for any other damage or loss which may be sustained or claimed by any purchaser and or buyer.

Manufacturers at times discontinue some of their product lines. We make every effort to update and remove such items to our website as soon as we are notified regarding product availability. All prices and descriptions and specials on our site are subject to change without prior notice.
